Features
Trackerr is a lightweight solution that helps you find critical problems. We're not a bloated monitoring platform that will take weeks to install; we're a plug and play solution to website error tracking, and we push error data into the platform you know best; Google Analytics.
Track website errors, and combine error data with your Google Analytics data.
It should be easy for you to understand the impact of errors on your user journeys. Adding Trackerr error data to GA makes it easy.
- Automatically populate Google Analytics with error data.
- Drill-down to see how often each error occurs, over any time period.
- Create goals in GA to see how errors impact conversions.
- Use custom segments in GA to see the impact on different user groups.
See console errors for every user
Console errors are hidden but they reveal deeper technical issues. From broken files to warnings from external tools, they're sometimes only visible in edge cases, or different browsers and operating systems. This leads to blind spots for marketing and development teams.
Trackerr detects console errors and pushes them into Google Analytics. We filter and collate them to make it easier for you to see where the issues lie. Fixing console errors isn't just about good-housekeeping. For some users it means a better user experience.
Track when images break
At best a broken image means a broken UX. At worst it means the user doesn't see what they need to see.
- Trackerr knows when an image is broken, and we push that data into GA.
- We mark if an image is internal or external, allowing you to isoalte fixes.
Track broken pages (404s and similar) to see when users hit a dead-end.
A broken page is a break-point in the user journey. The likelihood of a conversion drops significantly when a user sees a white screen.
- Trackerr isolates the different types of broken pages.
- Our technology categorises the break; a page the user has landed on, a broken AJAX call or a broken asset.
- We push broken link data into GA, including the categorisation and the URL.
